Glad I have just re-enabled my traction control! Also upped the rev limiter a bit for more power though....

I actually wonder if mine is working as apart from throw a warning on the dash & sounding bells & whistles & God knows what else it doesn't appear to affect the drive going to the wheels. They way they describe it on Top Gear as being 'intrusive' & cutting power - I really can't say mine does that.

Unfortunately, I am now having to bail at the last minutes - apologies Janosh after your organising, and hate having to do this so last minute. Was really looking forward to this after all the work that has been done to the car, but the starter motor that was very flaky has of all days, finally given up the ghost. Took today off work to get the car ready, plan was to get fuel, get home, wash and wax the car ready, instead, got to the petrol station, and no further, nice little AA call out instead. Car now back at Neil's for an extended holiday and wait for the long rumoured replacement starter to turn up that's been on order for the last 5 weeks......

P**ded off would be a bit of an understatement right now.

Gonna get me a second slot anyway so can do some tune tweaking. Still getting some annoying knock and the roads are a bit too cold atm to do proper road testing. Only managed to use 554bhp @ 4400rpm on the way home today

Guys really sorry im dropping out

I have been plagued with wrong parts from the states way too many times, received the correct parts so have been working on the car like mad, but no faced with a snapped rocker stand

I did have backup cars too, but one sold and the other is now still in paint.

again apologies for being a tt and messing this up
