That's an LS9 charge cooler lid, which is not cheap....

Nice install and a great colour smile

Indeed it is would not fit under the bonnet with the standard cooler lid. Does make it look smart.

I had heard of this and have to say it looks like a great conversion. Is it still using the T56 gearbox and standard diff?

There is a rolling road day on Feb 11th at Surrey Rolling Road, would be good to see that car there!

Must resist....idea

Ah fair play probably won't be there as I am from Cornwall so it's a bit of a way away but hopefully make it to one of the meets in the future.

So is that an LSA crate engine with an LS9 lid on it? Or just the LSA charger on an LS2???

I face the same lid height problems with an LSA charger I bought. Sadly, I sold the engine before finishing the project. Another piece of kit languishing in my garage frown

Lovely smokin

It must struggle for grip (**understatement**) if you're still using 245 rear section tyres!

Any (more) plans for it??

Now this surely has the potential to be one of the fastest Monaro's we've seen on here. Would love to see it at Thunder Road.
