100k service for VXR8; what gearbox fluid

I will soon be having a 100k service on my VXR8 auto.

Due to work pressure I cannot visit Monkfish, who have service the car many times ver its life.

I will have the autobox fluid changed - what is the reccomended type for refill?

Also thinking about rear axle change - what is needed for that?

Lastly what are the spark plugs types/

I would contact Monkfish or AAS (who are located in Newcatle upon Tyne and ask for stewart) Get all the parts delivered so you can get your trusted local garage to do the service or DIY it.
All the fluids will be Royal Purple in both cases. The engine oil and diff oil will be easy to do. The gearbox will be a pain. I change the gearbox oil on my Monaro and it was a ball ache. You need access to a four post lift for that job.
