May I be so bold as to suggesting setting up a "register" of defined meet/convergance locations...I have no problem doing it if no-one else wants to.

Yeah ! The register system is possibly a good thing. At least we know who to expect on the run , without leaving anybody behind, or who might be running a little late . .
