So the question to be asked is what time are we going to meet at Rownhams services?

8.30 AM would get us all to Fleet for 9.10

Is there anyone at all meeting up at Clackets? I know there are quite a few people in Kent, anyone else want to meet there or maybe drive up from Medway or Maidstone?

I was going to suggest that the M23 (Pease Pottage) gang meet up at Clackets.

However, its only me at the moment, I might spend the w/end with parents in Hampshire and meet the M27 Rowhams lot.

V8NHH. If your in Burham you go past my front door on the way out. I think 08:30 was suggested. We could meet at the Three Horseshoes - on the right as you enter Althorne for 08:00 ??.

MikeHSV if you want to come thru the tunnel up the M25 turn left on the A127 to the first layby we could pick you up on the way by.

Chris, please forgive my ignorance, does this mean you are going anti-clockwise on the M25 to get to the Ace or will we then go back through the tunnel and go south side(clockwise)????

Mike. Suggested Route A127 (crossing M25 J29) >> Gallows Corner >>A12 >> Redbridge>>M11 to A406 North Circular to Ace.

Cheers Chris, will let you know for definate in the next week, sounds good, probably the most direct route from there, north circ a bit of a nightmare tho in the big V8!!! Still, im at the mercy of someone who knows where they are going as I have not been to the part of London where the Ace is before, therefore have no clue where I am going!!!ha ha

AGH and myself will probably meet you at the M25/A12 junction, might be easier for him ( and we haven't got to get up quite so early then! Regarding the route we tend to stay on the M25 a lot longer avoiding the worst of the A406 and come off around Brent Cross area. A long wat round but it normally works.

Sounds a bit better for me if we can stay on the M25 for longer, only trouble would be is where to meet you guys. Also would be a shame to break up the convoy, nice if all six of us could drive in together, does staying on the M25 longer agree with you Chris??

Mike agree wouldn't want to split up the convoy. I'm sure AGH and myself can fall in with anything (I'm not even driving the Noble is two cylinders short of being invited, so I've got little say in it!)If we do go the alternative M25 route we could meet you at the M25/A12(Brentwood) junction at the Little Chef type place.
Just a thought, but anyone know how far off the M25 Monkfish are, as that could be another link up with others meeting there,AND THEY ARE APPARENTLY SUPPLING BACON ROLLS!

Let's say Rayleigh Wier 8:30-9:00 aiming to get underway at 9:00 or within a few minutes?

Should get ut to the Ace by 10:30 latest I would think.

Yes, we are supplying Bacon Rolls, but to detour from the M25 will be a 1.5 hour round trip!!!

Good though our bacon rolls maybe, its possibly a bit far!
