Hi Bacv8,
If even your car is not ready by sunday I suggest you set your alarm and get down there, you will be able to see (and hear) multiple Wortec upgrades on display and chat with the owners about them, also two of the best Wortec mod installers will be there, Greens of rainham (caspy) and Monkfish these two garages always get top marks for service and quailty of work, it realy is a not to be missed event.

Lance Owen of Heathrow had my Monaro for over 4 months - when they'd finished, I needed a new car. For what it's worth, P&T Reparis in Byfleet are going to carry out some minor repairs the my car very soon so I'll post to advise how it went.

OK - here's the latest. The dealer called me last Wednesday to tell me they car had received the car back again from the bodyshop but the bumper respray was not acceptable!!! So he was going to remove the bumper and send that for another respray on its own.

He phone me last Friday to say my car was ready and was perfect. I went immediately and when he showed me the car I saw that the plastic parts were still stained from the polish they had used(!) and then noticed (where the inner most point of the headlight is towards the centre of then bumper) that the paint was blistering!!!!!!!! The other side was similar but slightly less bad. Fantastic.

The manager then told me he was soooo sorry again and to make things right he would order an brand new bumper, spray it correctly and get me to inspect it and if I was happy then he would fit it so I said OK. I could also keep the old bumper which now had at least 4 layers of paint on it.

When driving the car home I noticed the steering was much better so I guess they had checked the tyre pressures. I also found the steering wheel was not level when driving straight ahead which leads me to believe thay had altered the tracking as well but why it was out when it was fine 2 weeks ago when I dropped it off I don't know.
