www.partsgateway.co.uk Ross, Lea valley motors quoted me £522 inc VAT for a bonnet. You can search for any part using the website shown.
TBH the car looks far better without the spoiler, lots of guys in the USA are taking them off their GTO's, here's a good link to get a comparison: www.ls1gto.com/forums/showthread.php?t=35646&highlight=%22rear+spoiler+delete%22
Search down the page for various pictures of 'spoilerless' GTO's (they came as standard on the US spec cars).
Also the bonnet vents I don't feel sit quite right on the 04 CV8 and the money you spend on the vents and spoiler could be better spent on a lot of go faster bits!

If you try www.jhp.com.au they have 3 types of boot spoilers for the Monaro.
The price ranges from 130 to 300 GBP plus freight & vat.
I have to say I agree with Dan.
It's just my personal opinion, of course, but one of the things I love about the 04 CV8 is that it's relatively understated, looks wise (especially in the blue that mine is).
If nothing else, that's a big plus when it has to be parked on the street in London!
I do prefer the twin exhaust set-up of the 05 cars, though, and I'm really fond of that gunmetal grey colour that a couple of the motors at the Ace were sporting.
All in all I wouldn't swap my Monaro for anything right now - it's the best all-round package of any motor I've owned (including a Porsche 911 and an Integrale) and when I've saved up for the AP brake kit it will be just about perfect.
