MSD LS1 replacement Coils

I see MSD have introduced their LS1 replacement coils. Not cheap when you need 8 of the things! They are a multispark unit that they claim gives better performance (surprise!) Has anyone tried them?
Is there any need to upgrade the stock stuff? Just wondered if anyone has any thoughts or experience.

There are turbo guys making 1000bhp using factory coils

Some do swap over to truck coils, but either way, the factory coils appear to be doing a pretty good job as they are.

Although the MSD ones look nice, but at that price, they seem very hard, if not impossible to justify.

Cheers mate, Thats kind of what I figured, but always worth an ask, just in case ! Had no probs with the stock ones so far. I'll keep me cash and put it towards the APs
