If you dont mind lying under the car unbolting trans crossmembers etc you can get the ripshifter in for less than £600.
They are $495OZ.
By the time you add all the time up and organise delivery etc, plus the 2-3hrs messing with car jacks etc it might be easier to just pay to get it done though.

I didn’t mind the D8 Caterpillar gear shift was all part of the fun, with the Rip Shifter it’s even funnier trying to remember what gear you’re in, but that could be an age thing.
