well saturday

i was doing 50 in a 30 limit in my monaro

recently converted the limit to 50 from 60

que of cars behind me as i am doing the limiton cruse control

coming up to a bend with a junction on it

30 feet from the junction a nissan patrol pulls out infront of me at 10 mph

my stopping distance is 176 feet

hit horn brakes dropped car into first gear from sixth

dropped car to 30 mph and managed to swerve around him got car settled and collected my thought managing to regain control only to look in my mirrors and to see the afor mentioned nissan patrol rear end me

got out to ask what he was doing to be told it was my fault.

called police they refused to get involved

told me to got to the police station

it was shut

told me to report in 24 hours or i am breking the law

police station shut for more than the next 24 hours

so techinically i am breaking the law

this guy should be done for undue care and attention or dangerous driving.

worse than speeding but the police have given up working for a living

this will happen again because this standard of driving is becoming far to prevelent.

but hey he wasn't speeding so it is all right then to nearly wipe out my family with something the size of blenheim place being placed in a road infront of me

do you mean you were doing 50 in a 50 limit, or are you admitting to going almost twice the limit at the time of the incident?
