Not any more there isn't, they must have deleted it.

EDIT: Nope still there but B055 got the link wrong! eBay

I'm tempted but checking the photo closely that wheel at the rear on the left looks to have a serious kerb mark along 1/4 of the wheel or so. Is the previous owner on here that could perhaps comment on their condition?

Yes, I agree that left most wheel as a fair amount of curb rash on it.

Will be worth watching for price though, but will probably need refurbing.

Cheers

IIRC The wheels are £700 a shot normally so picking up a whole set for £200ish and adding, lets say another £200 for refurb, still tempting.

What I wanna know is what happened to the car they were on?

There's another decent looking set on there as well...

What are the nut arrangements on the 05 VXR? The wheels for sale are 5x100? I know nothing about nut spacing etc etc!

Nice find Demo Man but they won't fit, been looking for a set for my Ute, the PCD is 5x120mm, offset is 48mm, CB is 69mm, the closest fit seems to be later 3 series BMW but they have a slightly bigger centerbore 72.5mm.

The set on ebay had a buy it now price of £300 until a bid was made....

A bigger Centre bore can be corrected with an insert if required, normally a plactic ring. Try a Rimstock dealer or any good wheel place.

Well I have bought them, not worried about damage as an ebayer saw me bidding & offered me three wheels that never had tyres on them for a bargain price, waiting delivery next week of 7 rims (only one buggered)which means I have spares if I kerb them. Official Piccador price is £788.43 inc VAT & I have got seven for less than one new one, heads up to BO55 VXR for bringing it to my attention.

lucky barsteward eh - who would have put money on someone coming up with 3 more wheels like that. Sure if any of us had guessed that might happen we'd all have been bidding on them Congrats on a great deal!!!

Thanx - not wishing to 'rub it in' but the 3 unused ones came from an ebay bid at £102 + £90 carriage, did not use them & asked for sensible offer, he accepted £100! So all 7 for £560 inc 2 lots of carriage, I make that a saving of £4,995!

btw there were 23 people bidding on the set of 4

Just letting you all know that out of the purchase of 7 wheels, only 2 were in good condition, 2 will need refurbishing to match the 2 good ones. Leaving 3 that might not be capable of proper refurbishment, so still happy with the ‘deal’ but maybe not the ‘steal’ that was first envisaged. Mind you to get four wheels for less than the price of one
