Good point Island Boy HSV. I Have temporarily removed that video and will snip out the incriminating parts and repost it. I do have some other video of the car giving me the full benefit of Lindens efforts, but those clips are definatley X rated!!
In answer to your question p7vxr, the horsepower has improved just a little bit, the torque has improved hugely, and the sound, ah the sound, better than sex! ( well the way I do it anyway!!). I keep the actual figures secret cos` then I can brag and bull**** with impunity. Only you guys might catch me out,
The car now sounds like it was meant to. It has real presence when you turn that key. People look to see whats making that noise, and then turn away embarrassed for peeping. I have had people rush up to me in car parks and get a friend to take a photo with there mobile phone. Only once did I have a young lad look at the back of the car and say to himself, "Mon....Mon....Mondeo!!!! He was put right pronto.
Just an aside. The exhaust was changed at LSV. The car was 18 months old with 16,000 miles on the clock. The old exhaust nearly fell off. It was clearly nearing the end of its life anyway.

I fell foul of that. Did my drooling over a 04 Monaro and when had saved enough I brought an 05 not thinking of opening the boot. Came as a bit of a shock when I got it home.
The wife was not happy, we were off for two weeks hols in it the following week and she had to cut down on the packing!!! Less cloths to wear
