What do you listen to

ACDC live at Donnington Monsters of Rock - Thunderstruck or Back in Black does the Lightning just fine.
Having said that, I also have some Cafe Del Mar in there, some OutKast, some Hed Kandi, some Icehouse and INXS, jazz, Simply Red, St Germain, Foo Fighters etc etc - and one CD that has nothing on it but recordings of various racing cars lapping various circuits. The chicks love that one...*cough*
One curious "feature" of the lightning is that the Radio will only self tune and will only self tune to frequencies ending in an odd number. Radio one is 98.2 - bugger. No Wave 105 either but Radio 2 is 88.5 - result. Steve Wright is legend.
The truck itself plays a half decent tune but with not enough volume.
Eclectic I think you'd call it. If it sounds good I'll listen to it.

Can't believe that ppl would want to listen to music while they are driving when you have a perfect soundtrack under the bonnett. Only ever turned the stereo on once and that was when I was stationary.
When I do get bored of the car, music will be The Who, Grand Funk Railroad, Sassafras, Van Der Graff Generator, Little Feat, Humble Pie, Cream, Mann and Frank Zappa.
Oh.....and RIP Syd Barrett (Pink Floyd)....very sad loss!!

Really?
You're that enthralled by a monotonous tone as opposed to some of the worlds finest and evocative sounds playable via a great Blaupunkt system?
Sure, it's nice to listen to the engine once in a while but people, please...come on...is this when sad, one track minded nerds go bad or something?
sheesh!
Due to client confidentiality I am unable to disclose the owners but I can confirm Monaro drivers have an eclectic mix in the music department!!!!!
To date I have heard "Angry Rap" in a well know VMax owners car "Black Sabbath" in a satanic owners car and maybe most scary some serious old school techno in a Ute ....
