At the risk of copping some flak - does anyone know of a kit to adjust the pedals to ease heel 'n toe changes.

No CoCo the clown jokes please

Not to appear heavy handed here, but I had quite a "pebble dashing" experience in my Lister XJS. I was getting used to this heel and toe business, became more than "cocky" with it, and totally lost the car while braking into a corner. Did a few 360s and had to pull in and buy an air fresher, some wet wipes, new pair of jeans and some bike clips!!

I was used to the technique after 5k or so in the car but on this particular corner all hell broke loose...and to be honest it wasnt a diffiucult corner, more the speed I was travelling at.

Its a fun technique, but NOT for everyday round the place driving!!!

you should be able to get an extended pedal - i had one on the 911 (basically reduces the gap between the brake and accelerator pedal)

try somewhere like demon tweeks in wrexham? they should have a universal kit. Dont think they are street legal ;-)

I was taught by my dad to drive - only had a few official lessons - imagine the driving instructors face when i heeled and toed down the box coming to a junction ;-)

i was taken for a fast lap around oulton park recently in the wet by a guy who doesnt (cant) heel and toe) - scary - each down change locked the rear wheels up resulting is the car squerming all over the place!

i heel and toe only if travelling quickly over a road i know - changing cambers and tightening corners when you dont expect it can really get you heel and toe tied!
