Good lord, I don't think I could put up with paying that much a year for insurance. If I didn't have any no claims I'd undoubtedly be driving something more sensible.

I'd just turned 27 when I picked up my '06 VXR.

Eep, first PH post. Hello World! boxedin

Currently paying about £900 / year for insurance (4yr ncb, Aplan), which I reckon is pretty good. Especially considering one company was quoting me a five figure sum for a CV8 a couple of years ago! Needless to say I didn't go with the 'ro back then.

Standard pre-facelift 5.7l
And I'm 35 (birthday in 3 1/2 weeks smile ) so I guess I'm spot on the average.
Insurance something like £450 (upgraded insurance 1/2 way through prev insurance).

23 year old here aswell. Hmmm, quite like the idea of being one of the youngest people to own a 'ro.

And insurance wise? £850 full comp. I almost fell off my chair when they offered that to me!

Oh crap guys, you have really upset me today, I woke up happy, I have had a great day, and now I have learnt that I am old enough to be your grandad.

Still it is like they say, it is what you do with it that counts....party
