Probably a tune + few small mods, not FI or cam, still very good though!

Yeah ok, I only had one run with the new engine and... blah blah..
I still beat Rogers M5!

2005 VXR LS2.
Harrop H112 S/C
6PSi Pulley
Harrop Intercooler
Wortec Headers
Wortec Sports CATS
Wortec CAT Back Exhaust
Magnecor 8.5mm Ignition Leads
High Flow Air Filter Panel

Got two lots of results. Both taken from the same dyno, operator, etc.

Wortec Map (PVS 2009) - cold, wet day
542.3bhp - flywheel
432.7bhp - wheels
554.2ftlb torque - wheels

Rapid GB Map (Yesterday) - dry, hot day
608.0bhp - flywheel
479.9bhp - wheels
584.5ftlb torque - wheels

Best run I have had so far down a strip was 13.9seconds @ 105mph - running Wortec Map - PVS 2009 - Santa Pod.

Completly standard apart from Walkinshaw cat back and otrcai............no tune yet.

Hi... no different parts between both sets of results/maps - apart from the Magnecor Ignition Leads.

JamieP's car did 578fwhp with an identical setup to yours so you did well:

Right it was 532bhp and 490ftlb, after the mafless remap its now 578bhp and 518ftlb, also its only running 7psi according to Mark.
Im picking it up tomorrow morning and ill post what i think then.

Its as pointless as Gordon Brown. Unless its from an engine dyno!

What PSi was he running on the supercharger to achieve those results? 6 or 9PSi?

Indeed, how on earth an exact same set up makes close to 40hp difference is anyones guess

Chris, there is potential for some really excellent gains with your motor, maybe a little cam and mafless tune. Mine has a cam, exhaust,tune and only made 360 (auto granted)!

You need to get your wallet out Mate.

Mine is only running a 6PSi pulley...
