No it's not on Vixpy's dyno so strictly speaking it doesn't count

Yeah, that`s what 15psi on a stroked motor will do......

Not at all, iron block motors like these are good for 1500+ hp and that looks like a cog drive setup for the blower. Hmmmmmm.....

Sent this email to the tech department at magnuson.......

Hi

Can you please advise what would be the expected gain in HP over STD if I were to install a TVS2300 running at 7psi onto a std LS2 motor?

Thank you for your reply

Got this back...........

We generally see about 20 HP per pound of boost, so at 7 lbs. you should see about a 140 HP gain.

this is an awsome install with the new TVS 2300 Magnuson Supercharger and the output could be much higher, but we have been conservative due to engine/clutch being standard.

Re-mapped with a nice safe map running boost pressure of 7 psi it achieves 547.9 RWHP and 606.9 Ftlb

How have you managed this?

Maximum inlet temperature measured in the inlet manifold logged so far 45 degrees, after a long idle and then a hard ragging

Really looks like it should be there, do you know how much taller it is over the 4th gen stuff because I`m sure it`ll go down a storm on the Monaros as well.

Nice temps BTW

I'm told it's about the same size as the 122. Same height but slightly longer. My engine has been lowered slightly so I hope it should fit without major modification. They 'do fit' apparently.

Yeah very good temps. NA would be 30* at idle anyway. However isnt the temperature measured in the MAF?
In which case we dont really know what temps are in the charger? Or is the intake sensor relocated?

BTW the air filter is an AFE unit fitted by Mark at Rapid-GB along with the full difillipo system. The 2300TVS is also wider than 122
