I'm about to dive into this as well. While I have an addon wide angle mirror, it's the size of a postage stamp, and it's quite hard to get into the habit of looking at it AND the main mirror (4 months practise) rather than just the main mirror (23 years practise).


So if there are still any over here, great, else I'll investigate some Aussie contacts I have to see if there are any UK holidays coming up in their schedule

No, all are gone - Monaro and VXR8. I won't get any more Monaro ones either, as there were a few internal breakages, when the old mirrors were being removed. I think the plastics are starting to get brittle, after at least 5 years.

I don't think they will sell you one in Australia, as they have a 'true' reflection in the drivers mirror due to legislation. You will probably have to get one from the US, though ironically the mirrors are made in Oz.

Oh balls. Oh well, no matter: plenty of mules at my company's US office. When I dig out the part no again, I'll see if I can find a willing pack horse.

i have the one i got from arf, as i brought it then got the car out in the spring and realised i already have one fitted lol, was going to keep as a spare just in case but if your after one you can have it for what it cost, let me now and if your interested i'll dig it out the garage at the weekend
