It's a nice sound, don't get me wrong, but a little raspy to my ears...like a BMW E46, whereas the WP is more...mellow.

They will look the same from the rear. I doubt that the 3" system will have bigger outlets.

As for the power difference, someone posted the bore requirements in relation to power, but 2.5" systems have been used for ages, so should manage.

Me and my old Monaro which I sold a couple of years ago now, but miss so much. I drive a 6.2 R8 now which is a great and technically better car - but part of me still wishes that i'd got a VXR Ro instead.

I was tempted, but wasn't really looking for one at the time.

I've had a look through and can't work out why I've not added to this.. I've had one for nearly 10 years :P





These pics are fairly old (a couple of years) but she doesn't come out much these days with the manky weather and my job sending me all over the place. Looking at it - the last time I used her was last MOT (mid-year). I keep playing with ideas - supercharger this, brakes that - but I cannot justify it without using the ol' gal. She will get used though... one day.
