Does anyone know if Goodridge make brake lines for the Monaro VXR? If so do you know the part number?
Reason i ask is a supplier i deal with do these hoses but there not very helpful But if i can give them the part number i can then order them
Be careful there are 2 different stainless steel brake line kits. One is for the 04 LS1 and the other is for the 05-06 LS2. The 04 brakes lines are slightly longer, and are needed if you do the CTS-V brake upgrade.Reason i ask is a supplier i deal with do these hoses but there not very helpful But if i can give them the part number i can then order them

My difficulty is I have a 05-06 LS1 Monaro which is called a CV8 in the UK (and I think in Australia as well).jelevents said:
I bought a set for my 2006 VXR from HEL Performance but the fronts were too long and had no bracket to secure to inner wing. So I ordered a Russell set from the states for Pontiac GTO, fitted perfectly and cost less than £120.00 shipped
Thanks for the info. How can I get braided for '05 CV8 Monaro?

They are a perfect fit but became a b**ch to bleed, suffering a looonnggg pedal.
Finally bled properly by my local Vauxhall dealer, Lindsay's of Dumbarton using a power bleeder and more importantly Tech 2 to cycle the ABS system which they said released a lot of air bubbles.
