Nice piece of milled aluminium, 4 per car, 7 if you count the one's you can't really see, group buy, maybe a run of 300 or 400 might make the price acceptable ??? I'm thinking around £100-120 per set of 4 ???
Note: I have no idea who could make these, just thinking aloud...

Ok, I'll look into a number of possible sources and see if anyone can help.
However, if I can source it, the cost would need to be mitigated by a group buy, so how many people are interested? If enough, then I'll look into it further.

Looks interesting, but I'd be very concerned with reflections on the windscreen from the top ones.

Ok, I've got a potential company lined up who can CAM up the specs from the originals (which I've just tracked down a spare set for), produce billeted aluminium ones (light aluminium for weight) and then anodise to colour of choice - black, blue, silver, green - whatever strikes your fancy. I've seen the work these guys do and it is good. They mostly work on classics, but are happy to do this type of bespoke stuff as well. Cost will depend on numbers wanted. I'm working on it more next week once I get the spares through. However, I will need to know some numbers by say, Wednesday - maybe later depending on my work load, to see about a potential order and costs. After that more orders may be possible, but you would most likely have to arrange them for yourselves as I would have mine then

I've found a company who sell these in the UK (as originally recommended by the trimmer).
I'm going to get a price on Monday.
Are we stuck at 16 vents, or are there any others out there who would like to add their names to the list?
I was hoping we could get to 50-60 or so, so we can get the price down a bit.

assuming they were the same as the originals ones just ion black anodised ali i'd replace all 7 on mine, it's the little bits that make a great car feel cheap that i hate

Let's pool investigation results before going with a recommendation for everyone so we get the best comprise on cost/material used/design. There are more people interested than just the above, enough to make a good sized order, which is primarily why I want to ensure we get the best option we can before buying. Hope that makes sense.

Hi folks,
Just an update on this - black11s and I have some alternative options under investigation and we will pool our results and recommendation in a month or so, then aim for a bulk buy.
There are others interested as well - not just on this forum.
In theory, the same vents should also work on some of the later Tuscans, so a few of them are interested as well.
So, this is in progress and we'll aim to get a recommendation posted in a bit.
