Chatted to Alex the other day.. Current plans are that the top two vents will be anodised matt black, to stop reflection in the windscreen, and the two face vents will be silver/brushed aluminium. The complete vent will be made from aluminium.

You do know the one under the glove box needs to be shorter than the rest or it will block the airflow!!.

Not considering replacing that one - it cannot be seen by anyone (except the small mice that live under the passenger seat and drink up all the water that comes in through the door seal)

My passenger door always gets wet (at the bottom of the door card) if it rains. I've asked RG to take a look at it, but they haven't solved it. Any suggestions here? I'm guessing it's a drainage issue, as the top of the door is dry.

Door seals and door alignment - Str8Six are meant to be pretty good at sorting that out. Could be knackered/squashed door seals, leaking over where door seals join near door hinges at the front, or missing crimps in the door seal along the bottom edge so water overflows into footwell...
I've had new door seals fitted, didn;t resolve problem, so actually cut drain holes into the door seal so water can escape as it runs down the door seal... not 100% fixed but a lot lot better.
