Flat battery on the Sag
Discussion
They are insulated and there is a very low-rated inline fuse. You couldn't really bridge the two contacts together as they are recessed. Essentially you are connecting to the battery as you would with any charger, bar those that use the cigarette lighter. I've been doing this for almost 17 years. Maybe I've just been lucky
I am terrified of Anderson connectors, even despite keeping them well maintained. I therefore chose to have a Battery Brain installed, remote controlled battery isolator. No trickle charging of any description, and safer for those with integral garages. Not cheap at £368 fitted, but well worth it for the peace of mind in my opinion.
