Sagaris door cap.
Discussion
I had mixed results with a homemade clay blank which I shaped on the door, a silicone mould made from that blank and liquid rubber. The concept was good, but the liquid rubber reacted with the silicone which resulted in a poor surface finish.
Acquired some Sugru (mouldable compound which sets to a hard rubber) and going to give that a go.
Would rather just be able to buy a few proper capping pieces, mind.

The caps are completely missing from my Tuscan so tried making some from 2 part silicon putty as a temporary measure to stop water ingress, must have made it too snug to the glass as when the window went up it pulled the seal with it Will try again at some point but would be nice to have the real thing
With help from Keith I was able to get the front quarter light trim printed for my convertible.
The process is expensive to set up initially as the need to scan the part reverse engineer it then 3D printing TPU. The finish is slightly differ but looks better in the flesh. I now have the file to reproduce as many of these trams as required at a competitive price.
I would consider making other trim pieces if there were demand.
