That's because they're going to be retailed through me, but i will have to wait on CP giving me the final pricing.

No, they are not developing it, but as far as I was aware they did have a demonstrator from Brendan @ Concept Performance and would be supplying them in the future.

That was a few months ago, so I don't know what the latest is now as I haven't spoken with Martin for a bit.

Ok, sounds like I'm behind the times then or it has not been formalised yet.

When I next chat with Brendan I'll see if he was looking to distribute them still or changed and just working with Julian as stated above.

I thought he and Martin had come to an agreement about them or were looking into it, but maybe not.

Me either behind the times or too far ahead then, who knows...

Spoke with Brendan, and yes, my mistake about Bespoke. It was a possibility discussion, not formalised.

However, he is happy with me posting the latest pics I have, so here they are...

This is the base model as it currently stands - not lacquered or painted or finished etc.

Brendan is modifying this one for me to meet some specific requests I have, so the final
version in my car will be slightly different.

And to think it all started here with my stainless prototype made to Spitfirev8 `s design to prove if his sizes and calculations would work in practice, and indeed they do, it was quicker to make one in stainless steel to prove the design, and then produce them in carbon, its just a shame Brendan is so good at what he does, because he has been so busy its taken a while to get these done and people forget that Joolz came up with the idea to produce and sell these himself in the first place, especially when you consider how much time goes into r & d before you can actually make a finished product.

Credit where credit is due. I'm all for that!

Although I think it has been refined since your version, Clive.

And it is a dual venture so I don't think anyone is stealing credit from anyone else.

Hi Joolz I would be interested in purchasing an airbox please (price dependent), it was this time last year when I was asking you when they would be ready dosent time fly.

How much more bhp/lbft will this produce over the standard box? Any power graphs running back to back tests on same car?

I would be seriously interested in buying another Stainless version, that looks awesome! Any chance of that?

You don't want that, heat soak would be ridiculous!

An airbox that seals properly all the way around the filter would be enough of a benefit to start with rofl

Clive, I'm sure it's been said before, but you're an artist with the metal.

It's an interesting design, and judging by Joolz's results on the dyno, should be a winner.

actually you`d be surprised, whilst Joolz was mapping the car on the dyno the airbox was warm to the touch, but not enough that you couldn`t leave your hand on it, remember the fans on a dyno are never going to reciprocate the air going into the car when on the road, however any heat at all in an airbox is a bad thing as warm air causes a loss in bhp, however, the fuel rail on the other hand was red hot, with the heat passing up through the head into the bolts holding the fuel rail in place, and the exhausts were heating up the fuel tank quite nicely as well.
