Would these LED's fit a Tamora for brake lights?

Tail lights fitted & wired up. Much easier than I thought it would be considering all the silicone that was round the old lights. When I removed it there was simply no need for half a cartridge of silicone to put the new lights in!!

Hi Paul, As you are an electrical guru, how do you find out before buying everything and then finding out it is not the case.

That looks great. Have you got a pic of the old lights out and how they are different regards any wiring / fittings?

For those with a T350 (TVRnut etc), in principle it looks like the old lights can be removed from inside the car, but did you need to take the smoked perspex outer covers off to get to the lights to push them back? Or did you leave that in place and manage to pull them out from inside? Looks like hard epoxy holding them in, like on the front light, not sure how easy this will be to loosen.
Have been thinking about replacing the rears lights for a while and this thread has urged me on.

I'll let you know how I get on.The correct relay for Sagaris/Tamora/T350 is the CF14 type.
If you don't want to fit a relay you can fit a resistor across the led like some have done above.
Alternatively, for those feeling a little more adventurous you can do it for free...
Remove the cover from the flasher relay - it comes off quite easily.
Isolate PIN 7 of the integrated circuit by cutting the track which goes to it. If you want you can put a pull-down resistor between pin7 and 0V, I used 1K, but it appears to work fine left unconnected.
Put the cover back on and jobs done
I'm almost certain I'm going to fit the SVC lights to the Sag. I just can't decide whether to go for coloured lens like on the Tamora above or clear lens which TVR nut fitted to the T350.
On the Sag/T350 the lights should come out from the rear with no need to remove the perspex. Having said that it'd be good to know for sure as, like craigcaf says, they seem to be pretty well stuck in with hard epoxy.

I removed the old ones from behind no problem. I got an old flat screw driver and chipped away at the resin that held the old lights in. Chipped right round outside then removed the bulb holder from light, got my finger into light and pulled them out. Take your time and make sure your only chipping the resin and not the body. Have been thinking about replacing the rears lights for a while and this thread has urged me on.

Quite straight forward. I only got 2 of the old lights out in one piece because the back of the light split away from glass, I wasn't too concerned the new lights weren't the cheapest so the LEDs were going in!
Wired them up then stuck them in with Sikaflex and job done. I done it over 2 weekends as sitting in the back of a T350 is not the most comfortable thing to do for a long time!
Have fun, they look great when there done.

When mine was in for a re-spray, I happened to watch them take the lamps out. They placed something circular on the front of the lens and gave it a whack to push the light out in one piece.Quite straight forward. I think the rest of the TVR community and those purists have realised that there's no hope for the T car owners who have become the rebels of TVR ownership....especially the Tamora boys who get tagged like snowboarders by the girlie skiers on the slopes.here screaming about keeping the back lights.
