Anyone had dealings with Magi at Heko?

I've placed an order for a new Tamora boot badge a week ago I've sent 3 emails and rang the number on the website but have had no reply from any of the mails/phone call

bill, any idea what the font is...i couldn't find it on heko site though i didn't spend much time looking.

Got to the bottom of it they have received my order and should be ready shortly... They hadn't received any of my emails for some reason ;(

Noticed that the font on the ones pete used looks right compared to my boot badge ..which as you can see is a metal one that I've failed to remove the excess polish from...

Yeah I used a telnet sent by getsis it has Tampra S. 4.3 on it

I think it depends on whether you have the original type metal badge or the 'alloy' type with a recess to take this type of 'domed gel' badge?
