t350 screen blower

Hi Heads.

My t350 seems to always have hot air coming from the screen vents, even when dialed to cold or cold plus ac? Im assuming this is not normal. Any advice on what to check or look for?

Heater flap stuck/failed or requires adjustment. There is some adjustment in the POD menu if the flap is moving. Mine is set to 26

I assume that yours blows cold air when set to 26 as mine still blows hot air and is currently set to 16?

Is it possible to have cold air coming from the screen or footwell vents? I have adjusted the pod and the airflow stops from the screen and footwell on full cold, or is thus a feature of the car?

No cold through the face level & floor vents, hot on the screen
