You looking / feeling for the cold air out of the tight vents? The cold air only comes out of two of them...Stupid I know but just thought I would ask! Sorry

A more likely thing to check are the various flaps / dampers behind the dash that change when you alter the controls?

Maybe check the obvious stuff - fuses? Any fault codes? When you press the controls for AC is the blue light coming on? Do the rev's dip slightly momentarily when the AC clutch engages?

Hope you get it sorted.
