Hi everyone

I currently have one of the first Chimaera's which I had totally rebuilt to as new. I live in central London and am finding it's too practical for such an environment LOL. Im considering buying a T350 and would like to now if any PH'ers drive one of these in London and what's your experience? I don't want to have to go over to the dark-side (AM)!

Thanks in advance.

Tony

I live in central London and went from a Griff to a T350T. It's a much better town car. It's just smoother. Easier to drive in a jam. You lose some urban performance as you don't have that wall or torque very low down but for general driving in traffic and nipping out of junctions etc it makes it better.

^^^ What DonkeyApple said. Much better manners. They go from subtle to awesome if you nail them from the lights, too.

Perfect for London, and I think, congestion charge exempt.

a good chance to make some room laugh

Do they still have the clutch problem where the fingers on the diaphram snap after about 12K miles.

You might want to post that in the tank forum, you'll get more response there - this is getting a little O/T biggrin

There's a lovely Tuscan S in Kensington - don't know how the owner gets on with it: might be worth seeing if he's on here.

I have no issues with my Tam in London other than not having enough time to drive her more.

Is yours a pearlescent white? That's the only one I regularly see driving around london.

Tamy is Starmist Grey. I do have a photo of the white one taken by a friend who thought it was mine.

Don't know - I've not seen a Sagaris there.

Tip from the recent clutch thread. Don't sit in stationary traffic in gear with the clutch depressed as it causes the OEM AP clutch to break the outer figures off the plate.
