Hello all,

I'm wondering if anybody can help me, all being well I will be taking delivery of my first TVR in the next few weeks, but one of the issues with the car is that the drivers seat rail is jammed. Can anyone tell me where to get replacements? I've read somewhere that the seats were made by cobra, and based on the Imola S, but after a quick phonecall to cobra, they didn't know what I was on about, and say that the last seat they made for TVR was over 20 years ago.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks in advance,
James

CHEAPER STILL

Te runners are pretty generic, and just unbolt form the seat. it could be that yours are just gummed up, but if you're taking them off, £25 quid for a new replacement is cheap enough

If the interior has been re-trimmed recently, or just had new carpets, it could be that the seat isn't spaced off the floor enough, and the carpet is causing the seat to not move.

So yeah, as others have said, unbolt it and have a look first, there's not a lot can go wrong on them.

Strange...your first offers show runners which are 300mm width, the next one are 270x420. And all are different in their shape and mounting holes. So do they really fit the TVR seats ?
