Random alarm!!!
Discussion
The alarm on my Tam has a habit of going off in the middle of the night... Getting mega sick of it. I thought I had sorted it by turning down the sensitivity (under centre console) but it happened again last night. Any ideas? Can I disconnect it completely, or is it integral to the imobiliser...(((???

You can unplug the microwave module, just follow the cable on the box to the connector. Mine used to go off when the cover flapped up and down in the wind. I moved the sensor, all is now well.JRH63 said:
Which box is the microwave module? Is that the box with the adjuster ?
Thanks,
John.
Depends if you have been twiddling the sensitivity on the square box in the footwell,, which is for the ultrasonics that our cars don't have. The microwave module is the thin oblong one which also has a sensitivity adjustment on it that seems to get shoved in random places round the dash area! Thanks,
John.

Hi Andy Is the microwave sensor the one that is shown in the GV Sagaris Bible, or a separate unit?
I don't suppose that you have a photo of it that you could share?
