Lambda Sensor - Thread size of 4-wire sensor

Afternoon.

Tamy (2003 3.6 Tamora) has 4-wire lambda sensors in the manifolds. Does anyone know the thread size for these. Is it M12?

m12 x 1.25, its a metric fine thread,is the 3 wire sensor
the 4 wire is m18. not sure on thread pitch but can confirm on Monday as I have a tap at work.
