its a little bit like anti competition law. Oh hold on.. That was outlawed on new cars and mainstream manufacturers allowing you to have your car serviced else where whilst maintaining the warranty.
I have no issues with ACT products, they do not invalidate our engine warranties. As for aftermarket ECU's this will invalidate any engine warranties from us for obvious reasons.Hope this clears things up.

Cheers - but I am on the South Wales border, and before picking it up I have to do a bank transfer, with no online banking, my wife will have to do it in Gloucester. If you can get to milton Keynes i can take you there in the morning as my Tuscan is booked in for a service.

If Tamy wasn't in bits I would drive up a take you there. Nice sunny day as well!
I know, perfect day!The final invoice was right on the button, by the way - no nasty surprises, so am very happy with that.
OK we need to clarify this hose issue. The ACT hose/ TVR power warranty discussion has got "out of hand" in a nutshell ACT hoses DO NOT invalidate TVR power warranty, I spoke to Dom this morning, actually he called me for a friendly chat, we do business together on a regular basis, there is no fallout. Dom clarified what he meant by " hose fitting issue" as discussed here, there are a few Tamoras (probably around 20) with rads at a different angle, as it happens the standard ACT top rad hoses doesn't fit properly ,we ( ACT) don't currently have a specific hose for this unusual rad position, but it is is now something we will look into.

Yep, great news all-round. Wednesday can't come soon enough!
For me, now, the important thing is that I have a fast, reliable S6 engine, and I now can go and drive it without worrying (after the run-in period, of course..)
Now, I will need to sort my insurance out, still valued at £16k! Any recommendations?

Speak to MSM, I have agreed value through them. KGM is the underwriter I thinkFor me, now, the important thing is that I have a fast, reliable S6 engine, and I now can go and drive it without worrying (after the run-in period, of course..)

Dom will do it for you, if you ask him nicely - Mannings accepted his letter and it was 'THEY' who told me to get it from Dom!! I went from £15K to £28K, more when the interior is updated.....when "her indoors" gets over the engine rebuild price last year.........she still hasn't! Cheers, I'll change the insurance as soon as I can.
I increased the value of mine on the insurance and it didn't change the cost. I will increase it again when I get the cosmetics sorted. I bet you cant wait Chris. Just in time for the sun to start coming out there have been so many times over the past year or so when I have wanted to contact you for a drive in your 4.3 - but I know myself too well, if I did, then nothing else would have mattered, I would have wanted that 4.3 there and then!
Once I have recovered from this outlay, I will have the big bore exhust system and my new Tuscan S cats fitted (The cats should fit, shouldn't they)?
