Does the cigar/cigarette lighter adapter that comes with an Accumate work on the Tam's?
Yes but I chose to hard wire a separate plug for the charger off the back of the cig higher for ease of access, I use a CTek but that should make no difference

I assume the cigarette lighter circuit is permenantly live on the Tamora then - it's switched on my S and Tamy doesn't have the lighter fitted.

Check to see if the dash lights stay on when you switch off the ign, if they do push the wiper stork to the top. not sure why this sometimes happens.have seen this on Sag and heard of it on a T350. I would have thought Bosche battery would last last longer.

Thank you to everyone for your suggestions. After nearly 2 weeks I've finally found the source of the drain...my radio!

My car has a Harmon Becker Cascade radio which I had turned off (who needs a radio when you have the sound of the engine) so had presumed that it would not be using any power especially when both the radio and engine was off! However, my mistake was that I didn't remove the radio control unit. This is a small 1" wide safety panel that comes off (as opposed to taking the whole fascia off).

Battery was completely dying after 5 days before. I took the radio control unit off, left it for 7 days, started first time.

So there you go, a cheap fix! Thanks again guys
