I have to confirm that my Sagaris is sold and goes to....the UK.
The demand since last week was astonishing...interesting that for nearly 6 weeks only one person was interested and then it started like a small avalanche.
BTW, The buyer is new to the TVR scene.

Oh yes... Having owned a Westfield prelit, a Southern RoadCraft Cobra and a ZCars Mini there are some great kits out there. Although TVR had a kit car past they never really produced a kit in the true sense. A fully built car with a tiny part to finish.....all as a tax dodge.

I notice that are less Sag's for sale now than there were 4 months ago, seems they must be a seasonal commodity!

Yes, it's my car.....i reduced the price yesterday because the car has to go...I need the space.

And because of the currently very good GBP/EUR exchange rate for you in the UK the price should be 'very' right.

BTW, I bought already a V12 Vantage S.
Congrats on the sale and an even greater congrats to the buyer. Shame you wont be at the Rumble this year. V12 Vantage very nice car and a very different drive.

Thank you, this year I can't come, not because of the lack of a TVR, but my wife and I will make a short trip to Helsinki on this weekend, because it's her birthday. After having a 'car weekend' the last two years in Chatsworth and Burghley...you know why :-)
But I'm thinking of visiting Burghley next year, it's so much fun to see the different TVRs and hopefully the new owner will appear too.
So if you see at some time a white V12 Vantage S from the Westerwald, it's me :-)

Hi Olli,

please don´t forget giving us a review on your Aston experience.
I have always had a very soft spot for Astons, but felt to young for driving one.

Peculiarly I am really grumpy and quite old now, but I still feel
much to young for one.

Interestingly quite some people I know, or I have heard of, came back
to TVR ownership again or went to add a TVR to it.

I owned my Sagaris for 6 years from new before selling it and buying an Aston 4 years ago, my experience has been very positive with the Aston.

It doesn't breakdown, fail to start or come home on a low loader, it gets as much attention from the public as the Sagaris did.

The TVR DNA in me didn't go away when I bought the Aston so a sports exhaust was fitted, which on a V12 does sound really good. Because I am old and not that good a driver the Aston is much safer for me when driven quickly or near the limit of grip.

However, I miss the social scene with TVR owners, their passion for the mark and the camaraderie that owning a TVR brings. (still a member of TVRCC)

Will I sell the Aston No, would I have another TVR yes you bet, an early model would be favorable.

So when I retire I will add one to the fleet smile

(Mine was the yellow one for sale in Belgium)

I know what you mean about being old, and not the worlds best driver! frown

That's the one thing I don't like about my Sag, the lack of safty equipment! I have nearly stuffed mine 3+ times, not by driving wild, but, just forgeting what modern cars actually do for you in regards to intervention!

Bought one private that wasn't advertised on pistonheads, will post some pics once I've picked it up, missed out on the 4.3 frown

Glad I've bought one now as they are selling like hot cakes, this one just sold as well

Nice one here,

Also when looking for a Sagaris for myself was told about a black Sag that might be coming up for sale that is currently at spautomotive in Chester having a full respray just to tidy it up, was told owner might take a offer on it before it goes into the showroom at trackvroad.

Happy hunting smile
