It was taken using a boom and the camera hanging off it. It is taken pushing the car backwards at about 2mph, the boom is then photo shopped out.

don't know, but they also sell 2 LHD Cerbera's , I believe this was the swiss TVR importer that also long time ago made a few LHD Cerbera's (not sure though) but nice they made also some LHD versions from some models.
