Would the lack of service history put people off, or should I go and have a look???????????????
I guess that depends. If you are buying with an eye to upgrade the engine, then no. But if you're going to keep it 'as is', then perhaps yes. Lotus E300S said:

Not mine.
I do know of 3 cars in this colour.
2 in the UK is all I know of, including mine. The 3rd one I spotted last year at the Classic Le Mans on foreign plates.
Cant wait to see what the Str8six one goes for......

Not with this mileage. My Sag has perfect history up until 2012, but nothing from then until I had it serviced last month. However I wasn't bothered when I bought her in May, the service in 2012 was the big 12k with tappets and the car had done less than 2000 miles since. What really got my attention is it came with every receipt from new all filed lovingly in a matching orange binder - sort of gave the impression that the car had been loved. Plus both previous owners are PH'ers so lots of correlating history in the forums. No one seemed bothered that when selling my Cerbera that it had missed its service last year. Simply I didn't see the point since I had only done 600 miles in 2014.

Took mine to Jewsons so we could use the weigh bridge, mate is the boss which helps, mine came in just under 1150kg and my mates LIGHTWEIGHT Cerbera was pushing 1300kg
Yep that doesn't suprise me, my Sag feels lighter that my Cerbera from behind the wheel. However it also feels massively wide compared to the Cerb!Edited by Lotus E300S on Sunday 12th July 12:45
Really exciting times for TVR.
Looking forward to seeing what the new car/s bring.... (I've put a deposit in... And fully support it!).
Personally I think this year will see Sags SELL at £70k.... And future years they will hit six figures.... But that's my view!.
I also hope the changes see historic TVR supporters prosper... If they are part of the dealer network or not.
Great times for current TVR owners and for those joining this epic club 😃
Love the cars, fellow owners are great, buzz around the new and old cars is great..... Most petrolheads love a TVR.... All good stuff.... A special club all in all (whatever TVR you have)
One happy TVR owner here.

This is a well known local Sag and still for sale. Solid 4.5 engine and ECU upgrade, one owner from new. Makes me wish I didn't sell my Sag back in Feb 2014. Sold within 4 hours of advertising on PH to a keen TVR enthusiast in New Zealand! My first Sag ended up in Switzerland. http://www.tvrecosse.co.uk/tvr-car-details.aspx?Ca...
