Back in a TVR after a near 4 year absence, still as thrilling to drive as I remember nothing comes close.

I think there are quite a few T cars that are now much better than when first built, both performance and reliability-wise.

I have found that little else will do, I had little choice but to return.. hehe

I believe that the engine was producing over 470 bhp and nearly 400 ft lbs of torque at the flywheel.

Is the difference in performance very noticeable compared with your previous TVR?

The biggest difference is with the extra torque, it also has a close ratio box which helps.
I haven't had it over 5k rpm yet but so far its night and day compared to my old 3.6.

Cool! I haven't really had mine over 5k yet, too. I have the standard gearbox at the mo, 1st is almost not needed now!
