Well, I do.

Been too much work and not enough play for me lately but if I have to work the weekend the least I can do is have fun getting there and back! A few weeks have passed without driving the Tam, long enough for me to forget just how much of a smile these cars can put on your face!

This awaits in the car park...

Just thought I'd share and hope i'm not the only one struggling to put decent mileage on my Tamora!

I know what you mean - I have been so busy with work since I had the engine upgrade, I haven't had much of a chance to really enjoy the Tam, coupled with the fact that come every weekend, after a nice hot and sunny week, it's raining!

I took it out yesterday though, just for a quick 30 mile drive to get the Tams juices flowing. Every time I come back, I ask myself why the hell I don't drive it more, such fun!

ETA - And it's just started to piss down now! FFS!

Here's my interior with dark blue & tan leather. I wouldn't of been brave enough to order myself from new but I think it works and I love it.

A quick question.

Why does the rain put you off driving them? You can always put the lid on. I do.

For me, as I work from home and my own car is superfluous, strictly speaking, I only like to drive the Tamora when it's nice (or simply dry), so I can have the roof off - when I drive, usually, it's for the sheer pleasure of driving. We take trips out to different places, so if it is raining, when we get to where ever we go, that wouldn't be much fun either.. smile

The problem has been that seemingly every weekend the heavens open, while during the week, when everyone's working, it's been great!

Same for Chris - my Tamora is a toy for enjoying...i enjoy it most with the roof off on a sunny hooning about...where's the fun in driving about with the roof on in the rain?

I'm not saying its not fun at all its just not how I enjoy my car - each to their own though!

Four cars available and whatever the weather my wife has to physically remove the keys from my hands!

Always fun driving the Tam, irrespective of the weather.

I have a slight leak in the drivers side door, and the wet comes in when there's torrential rain. Nothing I have done has stopped it, even after removing all the old seals and fitting new and beefier seals. I think the door needs adjusting, but am told that's a real pig of a job. So no fun in the wet for now anyway. frown

Nope it was good planning (went in end of March), what was bad was the sheer level of other unplanned work they had come in and the amount of prep the car needs to sort out the utter bodge from the other place.
