It's entirely up to you but I prefer the standard silver, not that I'm a TVR bore regarding originality. I was looking at the car a few weeks ago when I was over a TvR.it's a nice carthumbup and once you've the jobs done it be a very nice car

I'm normally a fan of silver but yellow is just one of those body colours that needs a darker shade. I like the anthracites on my grey Tuscan and of the two you've suggested I'd slightly prefer that on the yellow Tamora. Shadow chrome looks great but I think it picks out best on a body colour like blue or black.

I've been coveting that particular Tamora on a nearly weekly basis , very cool car with a rather nice sound and excellent provenance smokin.

Wheel wise, i'd go for Sparkle silver - Track V have finished two sets of spiders for me and i really like them.. like OE silver but with more depth - not blingy !

The red Tuscan Convertible in there showroom has them ,and IMO looks rather stunning.

Yellow paint will look flat in the sun so black wheels will give the car a lift, all IMO of course.

I have a hunch as a press car it had silver wheels - so I'd stick with that.

Lovely looking car, drooled over it at Burghley and it's been a regular viewee on my current look for something new, I'd have gone for a dark coloured wheel. rotate

Hi,

Good choice, I have the sister car which is a slightly different colour and was at Millbrook.

Please see thread for various images of wheels, on my car it seems to have had all 3 versions in its life.

Any questions please pm me.

cheers Jon

TBH, that Tam will look good no matter what the wheel colour.

What about painting each corner a different colour, and see which one you like best!

For what its worth, besause of the history of the car, I would go for silver...I would be pretty certain the car would originally have had silver wheels....there must be some press/launch photo's of the car somewhere which would confirm this.

I'm pretty sure the original press car was a mk1. It was when flyboy owned it, anyway.

Shadow chrome faces with black backs for me. I think the contrast in colour created with light coloured cars looks great. Silver looks good too but they show up the dirt more!

It still isn't that car. The one in the pic on TVR100 is a mk 2.
