Lights and fan problems T350 2004 model
Discussion
I have not been able to look at the lights problem yet as the car is in winter storage with limitid access but spring is looming and hopefully soon i can start tracing the problem. Appreciate all the ideas that come up in this thread, will go through one by one when i get the chance to work on the car.
I'd be interested to know if/when you find the source of the problem as I have similar issues. The headlights didn't work when I bought the car but Str8six must have fixed them as it got through the MOT and they were working after I picked the car up. Last week when I needed them low and behold they don't work again Undobtedly something minor but I've checked all the relays and cables behind the dash with no luck.
Maybe I should just give Str8six a call.....

Have you checked the relay splice? I think the lights run through it as well as a few other bits & pieces
This is a good steer from Shep. I had this problem on my Tam last year and found that there was a faulty relay in the relay/splice module. The relay/splice module is a scruffy looking metal box full of relays mounted on a PCB. In the tamora this module is in the centre console just in front of the gear lever.I found the faulty relay by checking the resistance of the coils for each relay in turn using a meter and found one that was open circuit. The relay was available on e-bay for a few quid.

Ok guys, finally the gremlin was found.. well actually a few gremlins.. I hate it when threads just stop without solutions and I just remembered I started this thread so its time to finish it.
The fault seemed to be two parted (not to bad for a TVR I recon, haha), firstly my fuse box have seen some moisture, did see this when I got it out (impossible to see with the box in car if your not a contortionist) . Pulled out all the fuses to see that some of the terminals had corroded a little and measured the current though the light fuse to be far to low. Easy swap and a part to get second hand as it’s a Porsche 993 part. This did not get my lights back so I bought a spice and relay board from Ebay but this did not help either. After this I gave up and the car was just sitting in the garage due to baby and 3 year old taking all time. In May I delivered the car to Artlane in Sweden (official TVR partner) and they found also out that the circuit board behind instrument POD also was defect. So it was sent to Paul Smith for repair and as of this moment being refitted.
So with light problems my suggestion is check you fuse box and POD circuit board(deep behind the dash, just follow the ribbon cable)

There is nothing worse and more difficult to find than several faults on one circuit
