Tamora Seats - lots of movement in the mechanism

Afternoon,
The passenger seat in Tamy has had a 'loose' back since I bought her. The back can be adjusted back and forth and dosen't slip but does have a lot of movement when 'locked'. Say 5-10mm of back and forth movement, ie it doesn't lock fully into position. I AM NOT TAKING ABOUT THE FLOOR RUNNERS. This is the seat back.
The seats are apart atm for some mods and I'm wanting to sort this issue out at the same time. The mechanism appears non-serviceable - it looks rivited together.
Doesn't appear to be slipage in any of the bolt fixings.
Suni's seats and the driver's seat are fine.
Any ideas? Is the mechanism serviceable? Are they available, if so from where? Yes, I am going to call TVR Parts.
