The two fans work off the same fuse/relay or are they?
My second fan isn't coming on. I've checked the connector block and it seems OK. Before I go find someone who can check voltages and current, is there any dummy-stuff that a humpty like me can check?
Try to disconnect the connection to the temp sensor at the rear if the engine against the torpedo wall, With this disconnected both fans should start as a safety if the wires are ok.
