Quotes I had was over 2.5k for coating the whole system or about 750-850 for doing the manifolds and few over bits (won't quote suppliers as I tried a few).
Decatting will help.
Already decatted. Decatting will help.
Alex after looking at pics of removed Sag and Tamora diffusers I'm thinking I'd go for the Adam as easier fitting. So if you know of any do keep me in the loop.
What throttle body mod have you done billynobrakes?
I have the air con system now refitted, just waiting on it being gassed up then can fit the alloy rad and high flow fans. Then it's new seatbelt, and then handbrake and gear gaitors and new titanium gear stick. Just a few more weeks! 👍

This needs a bump. What are we all getting up to?
Cerbs in for its 4.5 and MBE upgrade. Launch/tcs, manual fan override button, ceramic costing and heat shielding going in.
Also having air boxes carbon dipped. When it's back Dave the trimmer to do my steering wheel with centre strip and re route cables for phone mic and dash cam. Oh and calipers refurbed.
Next years list will be big tooth straight cut gears & chassis. Other than that all I want to do is enjoy the creation.
Anybody else?

Anyone got a list they are looking to fulfill before the summer comes?
Check oil and coolant levels.Check tyre pressures.
Drive it more.
The biggest thing on the to-do list is the garage build starting in a couple of weeks, which means I will be able to keep the Tam at home rather than at a friend's house nearby.
That will make a huge difference to driveability (well, easier to get to and drive it), but means I won't have any £££ left for the long list of improvements I want to make.

A garage shouldn't harm the value of your property, too!

Hi mate, I was planning on using that stuff too - I'll definitely test it on a small patch of carpet before using it all over the car!!
When are you planning on doing it Ollie, and where are you based? Just trying to work out which of us will have Navy blue hands first ? :-DI have a tiny spec of what I suspect is black silicone under the clear perspex cover on the clock pack that makes my OCD twitch every time I look at it, I must take the clocks out and remove it. At the same time there is a bit of paint missing off one of the needles that needs touching in.
I also need to finish my new nav/stereo install & connect the reverse camera up but I can't bring myself to remove the head unit as it went in first time with no cable jiggling needed, I don't think I will be as lucky a second time!!

When things like that are top of my to-do list, I will be a happy TVR owner shep1001 said:

What setup did you go for Shep? Looking to put something different in the Tam this year as the current one is rubbish. Contemplating something with a pop out screen etc. for Nav/apps/camera.......mike220 said:

Pioneer single DIN fold out screen & add-on Nav unit + reversing camera. Cost about £650 for the lot through Amazon + 2.5 hours for me to fit, needs about another hour to finish it as I need to take the head unit out again if I want to reverse gear link the camera to switch over & the cables need running under the carpet. If I have the head unit out again, I might run an RCA in too for a sub just in case. There is a lot of cables on the back of the head unit and it has the potential to be a right pain in the arse to fit properly! Its a bit ugly when closed I have to admit but it works well, loads of functionality I have just not read up on yet. Only just clears the handbrake as it folds out & you have to have the car in 2/4 or reverse otherwise the screen clouts the gear knob. I would get a touch pen too so you don't end up with finger prints all over the screen
AVH X-7800BT Head unit - £340
AVIC F260-2 Nav add-on - £255
ND-BC8 reversing camera - £62
