My new SAGARIS driving

What can I say... Completely lost for words!
I've jumped up from a Mk1 Tuscan and the difference is HUGE! This car is so solid, the build quality, the driveability and the attention. God this thing Gets some attention! The car it's self feels so planted, granted I wasn't driving hard as I'm st scared of the power rebuilt engine that's lurking underneath but it definitely drives better than my Tuscan.... I don't think I heard anything rattle or squeak... Very surreal.

Already I've got something to remember. There I was minding my own business poottling along in the crawler lane playing with some light overrun shot gun battles (god this thing makes a noise shoot. I Turn to my right and there's a lady hanging out the car filming me as they overtake with a massive smile and wave.

Ed at shmoo thank you so much for everything! This cars a real keeper! And good luck with the silver beast you have for sale also stunning and a bargain!

Right time for some car porn.... (Photos do not do the colour justice, this thing flips from Grey/aubergine/purple/green and turquoise!)

Thank you - have spent way too much on it, but is now perfect for me!

Are you planning any mods for your Sag, or are you going to just enjoy it for the Summer?

Gets addictive that spending malarki...

Ummm well, it's already got a 4.5 in there, it's got the ABT diff and the close ratios... It's just had a respray and a new interior so I'm not quite sure what to do LOL!!

Although only one speaker works, so a new head unit and some decent in car speakers would be nice. Also some more padding for were my elbow rests but that's it. She's pretty much perfect!

Have you got anything else planned for yours?
You could do with a CF airbox! lol I bought a flip screen head unit for mine, with sat nav, DAB and reverse camera. I think the 4.5 in the Sag is perfect, along with the Quaife diff and CR box.

I have done all I can to mine, now. Nothing else really needs doing. Just a remap next month at Doms when it goes in for its service, to take into account the new airbox and exhaust.

It's from AA covers - Google "AA covers Box tunnel" there's a big choice of models.

I'm very tempted by the CF air box... Worth the money? Also what make and model if you don't mind and good experience?

The finish on the airbox does not equate to over £1k's worth of bling, IMHO. However, it may come into its own when remapped. The most noticeable difference from 'bolt on' upgrades was with Clive F's conical decats, acceleration and deceleration seemed to be much smoother, the latter especially.

But as for the airbox, the jury's still out..

Welcome to the fold, I'm sure you'll really enjoy it.

Think yours is the 4.5 that was as Surrey Rolling Road with lots of other TVR's about 4 years ago just after the engine upgrade.

The one I remember was owned by PH member D14 AYS's.

I've quickly searched the posts from 2011 as there was lots of chatter about the day, but I can't find it easily. The car was also listed in a list of modified Sag's somewhere too. IIRC at the time it made about 30bhp more than my standard car, at just under 400bhp.
