A bit of a random one but hoping someone can help.
On my way back from Silverstone yesterday my water & oil temps as well as oil pressure and battery voltage on the screen were going a little haywire.
Water was flicking 70, 96, 102, 85 etc in very fast intervals. Oil temp similar, voltage 11.8, 12.6, 13 etc and oil pressure constantly changing between 30-50. Obviously can’t be genuine readings given the speed of the changes but what would cause this? I know if it were a single point then a sensor would be likely but not for 4 separate readings.
At the same time I was also getting a reasonably constant clicking from a relay somewhere in the dash/steering column area that was firing every couple of seconds especially when steering or at low to medium throttle (nothing when sat at idle though).
Could they be connected and what would be likely relay be?
I’m not good at all with electrics so hoping for something simple here 

Hi,

in such a case of multiple failure, I'd first check all the relevant ground connections

I would check the fuse and fuse-holder which is in the passenger footwell.
