Leaking exhaust flexy
Discussion
If someone's good with a grinder they might be good with a welder, can't you have a new flexi welded on? Mines later so has no flexi so I can't picture how it's attached!
Maybe it's time for the Act Cherry bomb set up,, with your engine
I helped fit Rich ACT with another likeable Richard, no leaks and sounds epic on Rich's car. Full race car when opened up but very reasonable when on light throttle, very impressive.
This isn't helping is it

There is some weld on ones on the bay
Also some bolt on job I have the bolt on one with the clamps turned as close as possible
No problems
If you go weld on the lot has to come off
I want to bolt on , do you know the outside dimeter and do you have a link .?Also some bolt on job I have the bolt on one with the clamps turned as close as possible

Is it difficult to drop the exhaust without a lift ?

Daz, it's not difficult but it is a bit of a faff as it's pretty heavy. As well as the exhaust mounting bolts you need to undo the rear anti-roll bar from the chassis (not the drop links though) and pull it down to give clearance to pull the exhaust out. Alternatively, these will sort it out on a drive-in/drive-out basis and they're good value: http://www.custom-chrome.co.uk/retailshop.htmlIs it difficult to drop the exhaust without a lift ?
