Diff issues

Have heard a clonck noise on last couple of drives from the rear and spotted some oil drips from same region on garage floor. Not been able to see too much at present but from where the oil is placed I suspect I have an issue with my diff. Any ideas on refurb costs etc?

as above, but also check the top diff bush...could just be worn diff mounting bushes
