Are there any other companies making a replacement Speed 6 Carbon fibre Airbox other than ATC.

Yes i have seen that one, isn't that the one joolz is selling on his website?
I need both halves of the airbox and would prefer a carbon one.
Plus it seems a shame to cover that with a bonnet.thumbup

I think a little bit of wee just escaped! I like this better than my carbon airbox!

Concept Performance make a carbon airbox that is superior to original. Bell mouth trumpets, silicon hoses from box to ITBs for good sealing. I got one and was a bit of a pain to mount- but the car runs better and idles smoother. Air filter is a great fit too, and option for extra cold air input. Supposed to give a little more power too but I haven't tested that.

This one is on Alex Gray's Sag as I don't have pictures of mine handy. Thankfully also available with black hoses!

This is mine from Brendan at Concept D running on Powers 4.3 they are purely cosmetic there's no improvement in performance the only benefit is cooler air charge into the air box. It might get you a few ponies but you won't notice the difference unless your standard air box is knackered and doesn't seal very well then it MIGHT improve a tad on the performance...Other than that it's a waste of money but pure bling at around £1100 inc. VAT and fitting.

It's a great bit of quality kit, and Brendan knows his stuff... for me it's a far better quality than the flimsy ACT airbox that I saw at Chatsworth this year.

I popped up to Brendan's last week for Chatsworth and had a chat with him about this.

Watch this space. Might be a long watch, but watch it biggrin

Ooh. Where could I get one of these? Could be a nice little upgrade.

Thanks Alex - already checked but can't see them listed on Joolz' website. Love the Marcos by the way.

Not sure if there is an increase or not, but ACT claimed some and Brendan's is better with the additional feed into it.

Contact Ian @ TorqueRVT as he may have an other option.
I'm having mine done over the winter to match my cam cover.

Has anyone gone down the route of modified airbox with Jenvey/Omex throttle bodies? I would have thought you would get some decent gains with that combination?
